Villains can be adorable too

The best ideas never come to fruition eh? This fan character trumps all others combined imo, and she would be able to bring a larger dynamic to the main cast facing good ol' Ivo. In particular, i see her messing with tails, cream, and perhaps even amy because they are some of the younger characters as well.
